The Crown and Cushion a la carte menu is a collection of thoughtfully selected dishes that showcase the best of local produce and classic British dining.
Provenance is at the heart of all our menus. Farmers, we believe are a bridge between earth and table, seed and sustenance … If it’s not local, you won’t find it on our menu. We aim to celebrate local produce in all it’s genuine wonder.
Meat, game and poultry go hand in hand with flavour, quality and respect. Our purchasing philosophy sets us apart from the rest, with a passion and dedication to quality and sustainability. The only reliable way to know the first source of your food is to shorten the chain, which is why we only use producers who are as passionate about sustainable agriculture as we are.
